How Upper uses your access data

Upper Logistics gives you access to this area by invitation. To keep it secure and to understand how it is used, we record when you sign in and sign out, which pages and documents you open, how long a page stays open, the approximate place (country and city) and the type of device and browser.

We do not store your IP address or the full technical description of your browser. Only Upper staff who manage access see this information.

We keep activity records for 24 months, then delete them. Records of administrative actions (who invited or removed whom) are kept longer, as an audit trail.

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it by writing to your Upper contact.
